COVID 19 and Safety
The ME Office in Learned Hall room 3138 will be OPEN to students during business days during these dates and times throughout the Spring 2021 semester:
February 1 through May 14 - OPEN 10:00AM - 12:00PM and 1:00PM - 3:00PM
Guidelines for Student ME office use:
- One student will be allowed in the ME office at a time. A floor mark will designate where the student should stand to maintain social distancing. Students can line up in a social distancing manner outside the office, if needed. Contact tracing will be in place, so each student must sign in when they enter the ME office.
- No paper handouts will be available for students in the ME office.
- If possible, students should request appointments to talk with ME office staff in person or online.
- We realize there will be a need for some drop-in visits with ME office staff. In this case, the student should enter the office outer space as available and request the in person emergency meeting by talking with the staff sitting in the outer office space.
